What to expect on the day

Take the shorter 2km walk for a gentle stroll around the lake which is suitable for Memory Walkers of all ages including pushchairs and wheelchairs. The longer 7km walk will take you further around the park, with some muddy patches so don’t forget your wellies and walking boots! Please note all routes and distances are subject to change.

All routes will start and finish at Painshill, by the cafe, where there will be a hive of activity to get everyone ready for Memory Walk. Please note the event site is on grass. Take a moment to reflect on who you are walking for by leaving a message on the Memory Tree, and watch it blossom through the day.

How to get there

Memory Walk will start and finish at Painshill, which is located just off M25/J10/A3 to London

Event Parking is available at Painshill please use postcode KT11 1JE and follow Memory Walk signage on the approach to the venue. Please arrive in good time to avoid queues, and note that parking is on grass.

To keep Surrey environmentally friendly please choose the most sustainable method of transport and car share where possible.

Registration will close Thursday 3rd October 2019 and you will not be able to register at the event. So sign up now and get your team members to do so too!
