What to expect on the day
Take the shorter 2km walk for a gentle stroll around the park and the iconic hall once home to Batman in the blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises. This is suitable for Memory Walkers of all ages including pushchairs and wheelchairs. The longer 6km walk will take you further into the park on woodland and grassed paths, so don’t forget your wellies and walking boots! Please note all routes and distances are subject to change.
All routes will start and finish by the lake, where there will be a hive of activity to get everyone ready for Memory Walk. Please note the event site is on grass. Amongst the excitement take a moment to reflect on who you are walking for by leaving a message on the Memory Tree and watch it blossom through the day.
