Your walk. Your way.

What to expect on the day

Take the shorter 2km walk for a gentle stroll through the estate which is suitable for Memory Walkers of all ages including pushchairs and wheelchairs. The longer 10km walk will take you on a new route around the park's protected woodlands, so don’t forget your wellies and walking boots! Please note all routes and distances are subject to change.

All routes will start and finish on the front field where there will be a hive of activity to get everyone ready for Memory Walk. Please note the event site is on grass. Amongst the atmosphere take a moment to reflect on who you are walking for by leaving a message on the Memory Tree and watch it blossom through the day.

How to get there

Memory Walk will start and finish on the front field, which is located by the visitors centre nearest Clumber Lake and the café. This event has very limited mobile phone signal, so ensure you have a meeting point arranged for your team, or travel together.

Event Parking is available at Clumber Park, please use postcode S80 3AZ. Follow Memory Walk signage on the approach and inside the estate. On arrival have your Memory Walk t-shirt on show for access to free Memory Walk parking and follow parking instructions from stewards.

Please arrive in good time to avoid queues, and note that parking is on grass. Carburton and Drayton gates will be closed for access to the event.

To help us be environmentally friendly, please choose the most sustainable method of transport and car share where possible.

Registration will close Thursday 3rd October 2019 and you will not be able to register at the event. So sign up now and get your team members to do so too!
