Your walk. Your way.

What to expect on the day

Take the 2km or 5km walk for a gentle stroll around the Common which is suitable for Memory Walkers of all ages including pushchairs and wheelchairs. Both routes explore this much loved urban park, which is one of the largest green spaces in London, and home to the largest bandstand in the city! Please note all routes and distances are subject to change.

All routes will start and finish at the funfair site, near Mount Pound, where there will be a hive of activity to get everyone ready for Memory Walk. Please note the event site is on gravel. Take a moment to reflect on who you are walking for by leaving a message on the Memory Tree, and watch it blossom through the day.

How to get there

There is no dedicated event parking. The event start is less than 10 minutes walk from Clapham South underground station, as well as being close to Clapham Common Underground station and various bus routes.
