What to expect on the day

Take the shorter walk for a gentle stroll around the park with views of Arley Hall, home to Viscount Ashbrook. This route includes some woodland paths which may be muddy or wet in case of bad weather. The longer walk will take you through the estate’s woodlands, that have been the filming location for many films and TV shows, including the popular Peaky Blinders! Please note all routes and distances are subject to change.

Both routes will start and finish at the Lady Park, where there will be a hive of activity to get everyone ready for Memory Walk. Please note the event site is on grass. Amongst the excitement take a moment to reflect on who you are walking for and leave a message on the Memory Tree and watch it blossom through the day.

How to get there

Memory Walk will start and finish at the Lady Park, which is located on the south side of the house. Arley Hall is signposted from the M56 (junctions 9 and 10) and the M6 (junctions 19 and 20).

Event Parking is available at Arley Hall, please avoid using satnavs and follow Memory Walk signage and Arley Hall brown signs on the approach to the venue.

Please arrive in good time to avoid queues, and note that parking is on grass.

To keep Cheshire environmentally friendly please choose the most sustainable method of transport and car share where possible.

Registration will close Thursday 11th October 2018 and you will not be able to register at the event. So sign up now and get your team members to do so too!
